High Holiday
Honor Management

The simplest way for synagogues to assign, track, and communicate Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur honors — from aliyot to shofar, ark openings to Ba'al Koreh and any custom honors.

Everything You Need to Manage High Holiday Honors

Built specifically for synagogue administrators, High Holiday Honor Management eliminates spreadsheets, phone calls, and last-minute scrambles.

Honor Slot Management

Create services for every High Holiday — Rosh Hashanah Eve, Day 1 & 2, Kol Nidrei, Yom Kippur Morning, Mincha, and Neila — each pre-loaded with standard honor slots.

Automated Email Notifications

Send personalized honor assignments to members with a single click. Members get a unique link to accept or decline, with optional page numbers from their machzor.

Real-Time Response Tracking

See accepted, pending, and declined honors at a glance. Dashboard updates live as members respond — no manual follow-up required.

Machzor Page Numbers

Supports ArtScroll (Ashkenaz), Machzor Lev Shalem (Conservative), and Mishkan HaNefesh (Reform). Page numbers appear in emails and on print sheets automatically.

Member Directory

Maintain a searchable member database with names, emails, and notes. Import your existing list via CSV in seconds.

Print-Ready Honor Sheets

Generate clean, formatted honor sheets for the bimah with one click — includes honor name, time, assigned member, page number, and status.

Multi-Location Support

Run multiple sanctuaries or minyanim? Manage separate honor lists for each location within the same account.

Reminder Emails

Automatically identify members who haven't responded and send reminder emails with a single click — without disturbing those who already accepted.

Year-Over-Year Import

Copy last year's services, honor slots, and member assignments to the new year in one step — saving hours of setup time every cycle.

From the Machzor to the Inbox

Honor assignments include the page number from your congregation's machzor, so every member knows exactly where to turn when they're called to the bimah. Supports ArtScroll, Lev Shalem, Mishkan HaNefesh — or create a fully custom page mapping for your own siddur.

Each honor email is beautiful, branded with your synagogue's name, and includes a personal response link — no accounts, no passwords, no friction for your members.
